Established in 2007, Star Composed Chemicals MFG LLC is a lubricant manufacturing company based in UAE. STARTEC Lubricants

Having established in the domestic front, STARTEC brand of lubricants has rapidly expanded further into the global markets. It includes a comprehensive range of Automotive Lubricants, Industrial Lubricants and Marine Lubricants including all synthetic and semi-synthetic variants. STARTEC lubricants meet international standards and the Startec brand has acquired various certifications over the years to support its firm commitment towards quality.

While the company is ISO-Certified, STARTEC has obtained approvals from major OEMs and was recently included in the List of Participants on the SAIL website after signing a Letter of Conformance with EELQMS to make valid and official ACEA claims for its exclusive products. Apart from appointing Distributors in major markets like Oman, Uganda, Gabon and Iraq among others, STARTEC is in a continuous process of adding strategic like-minded partners / agents / dealers to further strengthen its roots in the Asian and African region.

HYLUCX Lubricants

Launched recently in the international market, HYLUCX is a revolutionary and innovative product to be added in our offering. Over its short span, HYLUCX has been able to swiftly spread into the Middle East and Asian market. Manufactured from 100% Virgin Oil, HYLUCX has the exceptional ability of providing finer quality, and at the same time being considerably cost-effective. HYLUCX is able to modify its product lines to meet specific customer needs, hence, the price is set by the customer! HYLUCX is in the process of establishing a network of agents and dealers to boost exports, and provide an effective after-sales service to our valued customers in the regions of Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Apart from the above, Star Composed Chemicals MFG LLC also provides private labelling and toll blending services (3rd party blending) for customers requiring products in their own brand names.
