Hathboor International is one of the most dynamic units of the diversified Al Hathboor Group of Companies managed by a team of professional marketing and management personnel. AVON DIVISION: AVON-Al Hathboor came into being in 1983. Initially AVON Incorporated, USA and Al Hathboor started the operations together and later on in 1986 for administrative reasons was shifted to AVON UK operating from Northampton.  The UAE operations of AVON, headed by AVON-Al Hathboor, is reported to be one of the better known markets handled by Overseas Business Development at Avon-UK. Today, AVON reportedly sells more than any other competitive brand in the world. The secret of its success is not difficult to see. Factory-fresh products, innovative packaging, product guarantees and its unique person-to-person selling schemes are just some of these factors.

COSMETICS DIVISION: Besides AVON, the company has acquired distribution rights for various other internationally-reputed cosmetic brands. This division is primarily responsible for the administration, sales, marketing and distribution of these brands. The division has an established distribution network. Some other important brands which are handled by the division are: Home Institut (Paris), Omega Shaving Brushes (Italy), Artmatic Cosmetics (USA), Lord & Berry (Italy), Bisell (USA), Milton Lloyd (UK), Village Cosmetics (Germany), M&C Schiffer (Germany), LCA (France).

Since Dubai is the trading hub of the Middle East region, re-export to various markets is part of the activities undertaken by this division. Various trading houses play an important role in in this regard. Al Hathboor International has three showrooms in the heart of cosmetics wholesale market in Dubai to take care of wholesale requirments. They play an important role in introducing various brands to bulk purchasers from overseas, mainly the Indian Sub-continent and East Africa.

CAR CARE DIVISION: This division was added to the company on acquiring the distribution rights of Armor All way back in 1990 and has a dedicated team of field sales staff. The phenomenal success story of Armor All within a short period is attributed to the tremendous efforts taken by the division in the formative periods. Even today the activities to establish Armor All and various other products are on. The other reputed products in the Car Care division consists of GTI Sodifac (car seat covers & mats), car fresheners (various brands), Gold Eagle (car additives etc chemicals), Pingo (anti-rust chemical, cockpit sprays etc). The division within a short span of time has managed to establish an expansive dealer network exceeding 500 in the UAE alone. The visibility created for ArmorAll through the various outlets like gas stations, car accessory showrooms, hardware stores, supermarket chains etc. stand out in this regard.
