ETSCHEID Anlagen GmbH in Neustadt / Wied-Fernthal, Germany, was founded in 1950 as a construction and production company for immersion coolers for agriculture. Today, ETSCHEID is a modern production company, conveniently located on the A3 in the Westerwald. We are represented in many European countries by dealers / importers.

The development of open and closed milk cooling containers with cooling units for the entire dairy industry was the forerunner for entry into the industrial cooling sector. The continuous expansion of the product range and areas of application culminates today in a product range that can meet almost every customer requirement.

The variety of products combines over 65 years of experience in refrigeration technology with a high degree of flexibility in production.

Agricultural Sector

In the agricultural sector, we cool milk in containers with a capacity of 65 l to 40,000 l directly, gently and quickly. We also implement other areas of application for cooling liquids, such as wine or blood cooling. Our modern cleaning machine for cooling tanks, the "Lavatronic", is undisputedly the most economical in terms of water, chemical and energy consumption with excellent cleaning properties. We are specialists in tub pasteurizers and cheese makers. We plan and manufacture refrigeration units for all areas of application.

With the product range of industrial cooling, ETSCHEID is one of the technically leading companies in this field, especially because the production program covers all types of cooling systems and areas of application. The elegant ETSCHEID courtyard containers are double-walled, made entirely of chrome-nickel steel, with CFC-free insulation. They have no reinforcement rings and are therefore easy to clean. The models BI 100 to 190 are vacuum-tight. The lid is available with one or two openings: for the immersion cooler, for manual milk removal or the milk inlet sheet. The milk inlet elbow is welded onto the lid with an opening as standard. The lid is fastened with toggle locks. Lids with hinges are also available on request from BI 250.

The ETSCHEID quick immersion cooler is the ideal device for smaller milk producers. It has proven itself ten thousand times over, is future-proof and works extremely economically. The gentle agitator is exemplary. The stirrer blade lifts the milk gently and without vortex formation from the inside over the heat sink, baffles are not required.

The temperature sensor is located deep inside, which controls exactly and directly and prevents damage to the sensor when the immersion cooler is immersed. Even the smallest quantities of milk are perfectly cooled: without butter, without frothing and without changing fat. Thanks to the stirrer coupling, the stirrer axis can be removed with one handle without tools. This enables simple and reliable cleaning.
