We recognized the demand for niche, artisanal meat produce in the restaurant and catering trade.As far as possible, our meat products are ethically farmed.This is hugely important to us. We love our meat but we respect the animal itself.Our other niche produce is sourced with sustainability in mind.We have outstanding relationships with our farms and suppliers, and bring that same hands-on, personal approach to our clients.
