Simba Cash
Simba Cash is an instant money transfer service which operates under Simba Forex Bureau. This service uses Simba Telecom's large retail outlet to provide convenient and instant money transfer services around the country. Currently, the service has been rolled out in the 20 Simba Telecom shops in the list below.

Simba cash services are available at the following places, Kampala, Jinja, Iganga, Masaka, Mbarara, Kabale, Mbale, Fort Portal, Luwero, Ishaka, Mpigi, Kamuli and Ntungamo

Simba Phone Repair Center
Simba Telecom customers now have a more reliable way to maintain and service their handsets thanks to the newly established, Nokia Authorised Phone Services and Repair Centre called Nokia Care.
Customers who buy Original handsets from Simba Telecom enjoy a free after sales service for 12 months.

With the highly trained staff, high-tech equipment and authentic spare parts Simba customers will also enjoy a high quality and reliable L2 services.

Simba customers with other phone brands besides Nokia shall also be able to enjoy the benefits of the repair centre.

The Simba phone repair centre is the first and only one so far recommended and approved by Nokia in Uganda with traffic of over 1,000 customers per month.

Simba Telecom has invested over 100 million shillings so far in this customer oriented establishment.
