We undertake all aspects of building and construction - from partitioning, wiring, plumbing, flooring, roofing, basically everything and all the customer has to do is to move in and staff the premises. We undertake all sorts of creative work from computer aided design, to design of commercial products, to sculptures and general artworks. Experience counts for everything for any service provider and we have customers from as far back as 23 years ago as our referrals. We are a business that picks customers' ideas from concept to realization. That is realizing dreams for the entrepreneurs that want to venture into a business but are held up in their current vocation. We will do research on viability of the venture, search for premises, do a simple design and costing then make a presentation to a customer. 

Benchmark Engineering and Architectural Consultants was established in Kenya in 2006. The firm provides consultancy services in engineering and general development and is owned and managed by professionally qualified Kenyan citizens. The firm's legal status was upgraded to a limited liability company in the year 2009.
