Camshaft Specialists The current production range of ESTAS consists of more than 1900 different camshafts varieties. Production Facilities About 2500 different camshaft types are produced in our Machining Factory. Our production capacity is 150.000 pieces per month. Our Machining Factory consists of Lathes, Milling Section, Grinding Section and Heat Treatment Departments. In our manufacturing factory, 3 different production methods are used such as Cam Mill Processing from Casting, Camshaft Machining from Steel and Assembled Cam Shaft Production. Our dimensional camshaft processing capacity varies from 100 mm to 1000 mm in casting process and from 100 mm to 3000 mm in steel processing method. In the Heat Treatment Section of our Machining Factory, the induction and cementation processes of camshafts as well as curing processes are performed. Our goal as manufacturing workers is to produce the most suitable camshaft in terms of quality in the shortest possible terms.
