Hereunder is the offer for the sale of raw cashew nuts from Guinea Bissau for 2012 crop season.

OFFER FOR THE SALES OF RAW CASHEW NUTS

COMMODITY: Raw cashew nuts in shell

ORIGIN: Guinea Bissau, West Africa

CROP: 2012 crop season.

QUANTITY: As you may require

PRICE: ( The government is to fix the price very soon) (FOB) per metric ton

QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

+ Nut count is from 200 to 210 nuts/ 1kg

+ Out-turn is 53lbs / 1kg

+ Packaging in new jute bags of 80kgs

+ Foreign matter is 0.5% maximum

+ Moisture is 10% maximum

INSPECTION: By

1. Buyer or his representative

2. SGS or ACE ( inspection companies)

PAYMENT TERMS:

OPTION 1.

Irrevocable letter of credit with 25 % advance payment

OPTION 2

Open a joint account between the seller and the buyer so that both parties can withdraw money to facility the purchase and shipment of the business and this system will attraction 5% discount because the bank will not charge any interest for the sponsorship of the business.

OPTION 3

Our company can facilitate the purchase and shipment of the raw cashew nuts under the sponsorship of the buyer and after shipment, our company shall receive small percentage payment from the buyer and this small payment stand as the service charge to be received by the seller.

SHIPMENT: As may be required by the buyer

Time of shipment: April / MAY 2012
