In this chain of hotels, the ALCRA want to hold at least 51% of their capital and the foreign party would get 49% and the obligation to cash in at least on 20% of the total investment of each hotel. The management of each unit would be made by the company to be established, leaving the foreign party with the obligation to address the technical part of it. In terms of implementing the revenue of the enterprise, the 1st priority would be allocated to the payment of operating costs, the 2nd or the payment of taxes and other taxes and bank loans, the 3rd to the repayment of investments made by each partner and the last for the distribution dividends.
