Warm Spring Waters Nigeria Limited (WSWNL) is engaged in the bottling and sale of GOSSY brand of spring water. Sourced from the roots of Ikogosi rock, a natural Warm Spring in Ekiti State, Gossy is produced under stringent quality control conditions. The water treatment process employs first class filtration, thus presenting the natural spring minerals unaltered to quench thirst. Gossy Warm Spring Water comes in 33cl, 50cl, 75cl and 150cl pack sizes.

The company is part of the renowned UAC of Nigeria Plc, a diversified company with activities in several sectors, such as food, manufacturing, automobile, logistics and real estate. Recently, the ice cream section of the UAC FOODS evolved into UAC DAIRIES. UAC DAIRIES, apart from continuing with the production and marketing of ice cream, will also venture into other aspects of the dairy market.

The former MR BIGG'S Division evolved into UAC RESTAURANTS, which runs the food courts, in addition to MR BIGG'S restaurants. UAC FRANCHISING manages franchise relationship of licensed international brands of Innscor Foods, Zimbabwe and Nandos, South Africa alongside the franchise operations of Mr Bigg's.
