Cyber Base Limited was founded on 1st January, 1999 at Kampala, the largest city and the capital of Republic of Uganda in East Africa and received its corporate recognition as a Limited Liability Company on 15th January,1999. Cyber Base Ltd started with a very dynamic team with a vision of being best in the chosen domain. The core of any professional service in small and medium sector enterprises around the world led to the beginning of this dynamic initiative by a team of young, ambitious and inspired professionals.
