The Companies activities are concentrated mainly in and around Kampala and Jinja. It is a limited liability company registered in Uganda in 1999 by a group of Investors who had interests in Uganda since 1950. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Amalgamated Property Services Ltd is fully computerised with all the computers on a network, thus being able to provide online and updated information at all times. Tenants registration, preparation of tenancy agreements, allocation of units, reminder letters and other correspondences are managed by our computerist management systems and all tenants receipts are recorded and transferred into the Tenants Account and Landlords Receipt Account and expenses are also maintained through using our property management software. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS All transactions are manged using our computereised systems and up to the minute trial balances are available.
