EGBEKAW FARMERS’ COOPERATIVE SOCIETY (EF-COOP-BOD) was registered at the South-West Regional Delegation of Agriculture and Rural Development on the 7th January 2020 and issued a Registration Certificate number in Mamfe town, Manyu Division, South-West Region of the Republic of Cameroon. On the date of registration, we had 27 registered farmers as members already involved in the cultivation, processing of natural organic cassava roots processing and marketing garri, flour, hot pepper, potatoes, cabbages, tomatoes etc. As at 12th of October 2022, our registered membership has increased to 58 members with a break-down as thus 36 women and 22 men.

Our Co-operative has the capacity to export the following natural organic foods:- garri, flour, cassava roots, pounded cassava leaves, cabbages, hot pepper, tomatoes, potatoes etc. We continue to develop our capacities. Even more fruits and vegetables will be grown and gathered in the nearest future. ???????The total number of our livestock is also increasing.

The Cooperative consists of a Board of Directors of 5 members, a Supervisory committee of 5 members, a technical committee of 3 members and an internal audit committee of 2 members reporting to the General Assembly. The Cooperative contact person is NJANG ETENGENENG Jolly, who is the current President.
