Digitech operations started with the exclusive distribution of LG Electronics and quickly began to expand its product portfolio to include Italian Gas Cookers and Chest Freezers through its exclusive agency agreement with Ocean.
More recently, in February 2010, Digitech signed an exclusive agreement with Groupe SEB - the world's largest manufacturer of Small Domestic Appliances - to be the exclusive distributor of Tefal, Krups and Rowenta in Sudan.
Despite its short history, Digitech has grown into the leading retailer of consumer electronics setting the benchmark in after sales service by setting up the Digitech Service Centre, a state of the art service facility housing over 110 employees dedicated to servicing our customers needs.
Digitech's service network has since expanded to include service centres in Port Sudan, Medani, Al Gadarif, Atbara, Kosti, Al Obied, Dongola and with plans to open in Juba.
Digitech has also revolutionized the retail concept in Sudan by building a network of premium retail outlets covering Greater Khartoum and extending upcountry to Port Sudan, Dongola, Medani, Al Obeid and Al Gadarif. Furthermore, Digitech has built up an extensive network of over 70 exclusive dealers covering all regions of Sudan.
