Tender And Contract Administration
Builtron undertakes the selection and vetting of tenderers, contractors as well as specialist suppliers for all building engineering services. Extensive research of tenderers is undertaken with statutory bodies e.g. Registrar General, VAT Service, site visits to previous works as well as conducting face-to-face interviews with referees with the sole aim of selecting only responsive bids. Results of all investigations are provided in a complete and comprehensive tender appraisals and reports.
Energy Consultants
We conduct Energy surveys, thermal modelling, Energy audits and analyses specifically aimed at providing Architects with data to design energy efficient buildings using state of the art 3D software modelling tools.
With backgrounds in architecture, we understand the need to integrate building services at the design brief and scheme design stages of the design development process and make collaborations with other members of the design team e.g. Architects, Structural Engineers, Landscape Architects, Construction managers etc. a priority.
