Noting that some have said that travel to Africa is not inexpensive, our company offers the best value for your money.
Our guides are well disciplined professionals, well versed with the country's landscapes and attractions. They are approachable and ready to serve clients needs in a courteous and friendly manner when called upon. Our guides on Kilimanjaro climbs are all KINAPA trained and licensed, and specifically chosen for their upbeat and adaptable personalities. More importantly, they know the importance of acclimatization and will make sure you trek "pole pole - slowly slowly", giving you the best chance of summiting the mountain.
Our vehicles are new, clean 7-seater custom safari Land cruisers with pop-up roof ideal for game viewing, and specially adapted for outstanding photography. The vehicles are well maintained to provide maximum level of comfort and safety and are fitted with HF long range radios for easy communication. The vehicles are fully equipped with cool-boxes and first aid kits, as well as guide books on wildlife, birds and plants of East Africa.
To make it is easy and convenient for the traveller, all our safaris and climbs depart daily with a minimum of 2 persons booking. We do this to allow our itineraries/safaris fit into your schedule, and prices are based on number of people in a travel group, so more participants more affordable. Please provide us with this information during your first enquiry to help us send you a most appropriate quotation.
At the start of your safari or climb, one of our tour consultants will take time to meet you preferably at our office (whenever possible) to introduce your driver/guide and take you through the tour program explaining what to expect while on the tour, provide background information and materials, discuss the dos and don'ts as well as answer any last minute questions that you may have.
We also provide free membership with Flying Doctors' Society of Africa to all our clients while on safari with us. This will offer you, the traveller security in the knowledge that should a medical emergency arise, the Flying Doctors Service and evacuation to a reputable hospital are just a call away. This service covers only rescue and we recommend that you take out all of the necessary Travel/Medical Insurance before commencing on your journey.
