Our Company is called Community Carpentry and Welding Studio (C.C.W.S) in French A.M.S/ J.A. It is located in Bugenyuzi Commune in Burundi Central, in Karusi Province. It produces all the construction materials in metal or wood. Some materials are equipment of Offices, churches, schools and Houses such as: tables, beds, cabinets, chairs, desks, benches, wardrobes, doors….

Workmanship & Carpentery

My carpentry and welding shop is very useful to the community people because it has reduced the long 20 km journey that the community people were using to search for these kinds products (windows, doors, tables, beds, benches, cabinets, chairs, desks,…) . This time were being used, now it is used for their proper development activities, because my studio is very closer to their position at least 2 or 4 km. And thus, it is helping the community to create some opportunity for the unemployment youth who now benefiting the job in my shop. For that, 15 unemployed young people are recruited
