NB PARTS is manufacturer and distributor of selected brake parts in OEM quality. Our medium-sized company provides spare parts of braking systems to major dealers of replacement parts and to vehicle manufacturers. Special attention is paid to the manufacturing of friction technical components. This includes standardized as well as customized brake linings, friction linings and facings bonded to backing support, as well as friction material products of various formulations, forms and contours.
Our company is certified by TÜV Süd according to ISO 9001: 2015.
Due to close cooperation with metal processing manufacturers we put further focus on the production of hydraulic brake and clutch cylinders. Precise metal working of cylinder housing is carried out at CNC controlled milling and metal-cutting machines. Fine surface finish, one major issue for optimal piston movement is achieved by special reamer, honing and roller burnishing tools. All this puts us in the place to bring excellent hydraulic cylinders to the automotive market.

NEW PARTS IN OE – QUALITY
Our calipers are manufactured according to OE directives. Each brake caliper is subjected to a 100% low & high pressure test before delivery. We use only new parts as housing and no refurbished used parts with traces of usage.

NO MINIMUM PURCHASE QUANTITY
You can order our entire range at any time and without minimum purchase quantities. By request, we also manufacture brake calipers individually according to OE directives without minimum order quantity.
TIMELY DELIVERIES
These calipers can be delivered with a caliper bracket and accessories.
By request, we assemble the complete set including the disc brake pad.
