Pharmaplus Nigeria Limited was founded in 1992 and incorporated as a private limited liability company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 on 4 March 1993; RC 217267 and at the same time registered with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria under the provisions of PCN Decree 91 of 1992. It is an indigenous Pharmaceutical company with specific objective of improving the health and wellbeing of people by providing high quality products and services in Nigeria and the whole of West African Subregion.
