Trustco Group Holdings Ltd ("Trustco") is a diversified financial services company incorporated in Namibia. The group is divided into two primary segments, namely;
Microfinancial Services which consist of

These segments operate across the following geographical areas;

Group operations in both Namibia and South Africa focus on Trustco’s core business segments; Micro Insurance and Microfinance & Education which delivers products with a strong social justice undertone.
Our key objective is the creation of a substantial and sustainable base of human and financial capital. Our efforts are geared at reducing poverty whilst providing innovative solutions and stretching boundaries in order to serve our shareholders and other stakeholders. Trustco operates mainly from Namibia and South Africa and is in the process of expanding its business operations into the African realm.
MICRO INSURANCE
Trustco has a wide and competitive insurance product offering. It includes term life and short term insurance as well as the innovative Trustco Mobile project that was launched during March 2008. The company intends to revolutionise the African micro-insurance market by establishing a formidable footprint across the continent and beyond.
MICRO FINANCE AND EDUCATION
Trustco Finance offers educational loans to students giving access to education not otherwise available. The Institute for Open learning (IOL) provides accredited and value adding educational and skills programmes.
GROUP SUPPORT
Group Support consists of the “Landbank” and Head Office Services. The Landbank has proven to be an excellent and efficient source of funding for the group and underpins the growth in our main micro-financial services products by creating a substantial cash flow in the medium term.
Head Office Services offers the administrative backbone upon which all operational segments are hinged, but also houses several strategic units aimed at augmenting the operations and returns of the group. Head Office Services comprise of Human Resources, Media, Marketing, Fleet Management, Security Services, Internal Audit, Group Legal, Risk and Compliance, Group Finance, IT and Charter Services.
However, the Board remains determined for the largest economy in Africa, to also become the largest market for the group's very successful micro insurance offering. We will not compromise on this aspect; creating wealth for shareholders, while not loosing sight of social responsibility and the interest of all stakeholders, remains the Board's main objective.
