We were incorporated under the companies code, 1963 (Act 179) of the Federal Republic of Ghana on 26th February, 2008 as limited liability company. We started full operation in December, 2008. Our general headquarter is Jaagee Nigeria Ltd, Ibadan, Nigeria.
