Cut Rag Processors (Pvt) Ltd was founded in 2000 as the first independent manufacturer of cigarettes and cutrag tobacco in Zimbabwe, for both export and local markets. Actual cigarette production began in 2001 with our now regionally popular brand, Remington Gold. The production of a second brand Oxford began in early 2003.

The Management team at Cut Rag Processors cumulatively has over 100 years' worth of tobacco knowledge and expertise amoung them. This highly dynamic team is exceptionally fluent on any tobacco matters, ranging from tobacco purchasing through to cigarette manufacture.

The labour pool also consists of skilled and semi-skilled personnel with experience drawn from several spheres of the cigarette making industry
