Organizational Structure
The company has a flat organizational structure comprising of seven(7) core and permanent staff and one(1) Human Resource Coordinator, who reports to the company periodically and from time to time.
The General Manager is in the person of Mr.Kofi Kyeremateng who exercises the day -to-day managerial function of the organisation. He is directly assisted by the Deputy General Manager in the person of Abdullai Illiaso. The Technical Division, which is responsible for servicing and refilling of fire fighting gadgets comprises of three (3) personnel with Charles kwadwo Yeboah as the head supervisor.
The day -to-day clerical duties and secretaryship is performed by Patience Ayebeng, a well-trained Administrative officer.
The Human Resource Coordinator is in the person of Mr. Ben Carlis, a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Occupational safety, Health and Environmental (GIMPA) and also hold the professional certificate in Human Resource Management of the institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana.
He is also an Associate member of the institute of Public Relations, Ghana. He is a skilled Trainer in all aspects of safety and Environmental Management.
