Kiboko Group was established in 1992 with the incorporation of Kiboko Enterprises in Uganda. Initially focussed on the distribution of roofing sheets, the business has since expanded in a group of four diversified companies. These range from pharmaceutical distribution, pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution of fast-moving consumer goods and premium-quality financial services. Through its vision, the company has retained a close connection to the communities it serves, by supporting countrywide medical campaigns in Uganda and supporting the development of local talent. The company is headquartered in Uganda, Kampala and has operational offices across East Africa, in Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan and Tanzania.

Kiboko Enterprises Limited is the fastest-growing distributor of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and consumer durables (CD) in Uganda. Having grown from a local distributor in 1992 to become the largest FMCG and CD distributor in Uganda today, we handle major MNC brands for countrywide distribution.Our reach extends to every corner of the country through our strong sales force and coverage of approximately 24,000 outlets. 

Distributor in East Africa

Within short span of time the company has grown virtually from small trading company dealing in roofing sheets to a giant Import and Distribution house of General Merchandize with a turnover of USD 20 Million. The Company has been awarded a sole distributor ship of PHILIPS for Uganda Market in 1998 by PHILIPS Lighting B.V., PHILIPS Consumer Electronics & PHILIPS Domestic Appliances, whereas in the year 2004 by World No 1 FMCG company Procter & Gamble.

Kiboko Enterprises Limited is incorporated as Private Limited Company in May 1992 under the flagship of Kiboko Group of Companies, and started commercial activities from the date of its incorporation.
