Statcom Construction Limited being a new company in the market have strategies itself to emerge as the leading construction company. CAPACITY

The maximum limit of contract value which statcom construction limited considers itself capable of carrying out is 50 million being estimates. We expect our annual turnover to be 50 million in the first year and later to grow to 150 million in the following three years.

We have the capacity to undertake the following roads works

2. Labour Based MAITEINANCE

3. Routine Maintenance

4. Bridge Construction and drainage structures

5. Resealing and re-carpeting and

6. Paved roads construction.

Statcom Construction Limited prefers to operate in Kenya and more preferably in the Rift Valley and Nairobi regions.

CIVIL ENGINEERING WORKS

Statcom construction limited have the capacity to do the following woks

i) Roads & Car Parking ,including Gravelling, Resealing and Re-carpeting

ii) Bridges construction, drainage structures, Water & Sewerage treatment works

iii) Routine road maintenance and labour based maintenance

v) Plumbing & Drainage for Domestic as well as Industrial Building among others

GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

Statcom Construction Ltd. have the capacity to do the following building works:

i) Renovations and restructuring of buildings

ii) Industrial Buildings & Warehouses

iii) Educational Institutions - Universities, Colleges, Schools etc

iv) Residential Premises – Multi Storied Buildings, Individual Executive Bungalows & Maisonettes, Five Star Estates etc
