As a leading supplier of hotelware goods throughout East Africa we have invested in our staff and systems to make sure we can handle the daily volume of orders, whilst ensuring that every order is given the personal attention it needs and to reach you as promised. Our knowledgeable staff is always ready to assist you with all your requirements, as choosing wine glasses or the right cutlery can be a daunting task.
The company was set up in 2003 and the idea was to provide a one stop shop for all hotel requirements, over the years we have managed to increase our product range to well over 15,000 products which are available to order. We offer our clients a vast choice of products, as we understand each hotel has its own unique requirements.
We now have a fully operational showroom and offices located in Zanzibar in support of our home base in Arusha both of which are augmented by our Procurement Office, Mercia Export Enterprises, situated in the United Kingdom.
In addition to sourcing our requirements, this support operation also provides a comprehensive freight-forwarding and Customs documentation facility. Further, with their assistance we have the ability to handle orders where TIC exemptions may apply, regardless of the order size, big or small. Collectively, we are very self sufficient with the ability to competitively meet the requirements of even those of our most discerning customers.
