OiLibya has now been in existence in Kenya since 2006, having taken over Exxon Mobil’s business in Kenya. The retail business continues to present vast opportunities for growth and expansion in the Kenyan market. Since 2006, we have seen the brand achieve major milestones. We have been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification for continued implementation of Quality Management System at our Lubes Oil Blending Plant (LOBP) Mombasa. We have also achieved the 2009 - 2010 ‘Super brand’ Status. Libya Oil Kenya Limited (LOKL) is the local subsidiary of the Libya Oil Group with affiliates in over 15 African countries including Morocco, Niger, Senegal, Cote d’ivoire, Mali, Gabon, Cameroon, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia. In Eastern Africa, we are in Djibouti, Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya and Uganda where we continue to look for investment opportunities. The groups reporting office is in Casablanca, Morocco.
