Lizdon has been in business since 1997 designing as well as producing screen-printed and embroidered fabrics for manufacturing exclusive and exquisitely-finished garments with cross-cultural appeal. The overriding objective of Lizdon is to help re-shape the quality paradigm of Ghana’s textile and garment industry. This is achieved by sustaining niche clientele confidence and product acceptability, by taking advantage of AGOA (Africa Growth and Opportunity Act) to promote quota- and duty-free apparel exports to the USA, and by promoting consumption of Made-In-Ghana fabrics and garments. Lizdon is owned by a couple, Lincoln & Liz Donkor. Lincoln is a retired Diplomat of the African Development Bank (AfDB) and Liz is a Garment Designer.
