Azar Chemical Industries Limited was incorporated in Ghana on the 20th of March 1968 and commenced business on the 9th of April 1968. It was started to produce quality paints and its allied products for both local and export consumption. Azar Chemical Industries launched its first product brand, Azartex for Emulsion Paint and Azargloss for Gloss Paint on the market and was instantly a big success. Over the years Azar chemical industries launched several products such as Carpenter's Glue, Varnish, Tile Adhesives and Wood Lacquer.

Our R&D department continually develops new products based on these principles, as well as in accordance with regulations and international standards.
