We have an annual capacity of over 100,000 MT of various steel products in mixed ranges. We have been exporting Galvanized Corrugated sheets, Pre-Painted sheets, nails and othe wire products in the neighboring African countries. Quality of product has always been our single most priority. And quality checks at various stages of production, ensures the product quality meeting the Kenyan and other International Standards.

As the name suggests, Corrugated Sheets Ltd. manufactures the galvanized roofing sheets, ridges, gutters, etc. for both local and export markets. Our continuous galvanising line has a capacity of around 50,000 MT per annum.

Our continuous galvanizing line can process steel strips of thickness from 0.12mm to 0.55mm and width up to 1200mm. It applies precisely controlled uniform protective layer of Zinc on steel surface with very strong adherence, which meets the high standads in the world and passes the toughest recognised test "Zero-T". This steel surface is further protected with a layer of Chromatic acid to ensure no surface rusting during transportation and storage. Our GCI confirms the specification of Kenyan Bureau of Standards KS06-02 : 1999

Our wire products division is involved in production of various steel products for Construction and Fencing Applications. These products are tailor made products and are usually available as per the details given below. However, any special size requirement can be discussed for special orders.

Bitumen Products Division is one of the main links of the roofing solution chain being offered by our Group. We 'offer right from the Bituminous Roofing felt to D.P.C. & Under Felt to Oxidised Bitumen for water proofing and other applications.

Pre-Painted Products Specifications

In view of growing demand for better appearance and long last of roofing sheets, we have started production of Pre?Painted sheets under the brand name of "Colourcot”. Pre-Painting of Galvanized sheets improves the life of the sheets and gives it an impressive appearance.

Our long products division is having Hot Rolling Mills for production of various structural quality steel product. In the mill, we have the flexibility to change the product mix for the production of different section at a short notice.
