Purposeful research design teams: We have passionate research executives and research assistants whose task is to conceive and coordinate your study, create scenarios for implementation of findings and monitor the outcome of the report. Our seasoned supervision team tailors the quantitative and qualitative methods and bring together a team of independent field interviewers to follow through the data collection.

Independent field interviewers: The fieldwork itself is done by recruited independent interviewers who are trained and retrained on the survey tools, survey process and data packaging to ensure a fore-probed field survey. A specialized project team handles the coding, verbatim writing, data capture and tabulation; carrying out multivariate analyses and the all-important data processing.

Result implementation team: The essence of our team-based approach to every independent element of the process is to provide the capacity to view your results from varied perspectives. This is done by our result implementation team, that generates different scenarios of implementing the research outcomes and predict the full effects of each scenario.

Monitoring for value-added impacts: The outcome of our research work is more than presentation of results. As a policy, CDI remotely monitors the impact cycle of each project from commissioning till completion to identify and evaluate weak points. This serve as an internal learning mechanism for the CDI team but also as a corporate value of demonstrating care for our project beneficiaries
