Hendrick Shipping Company Limited is a Clearing and Forwarding Company owned by Ghanaians. The company was incorporated under the companies' code of Ghana 1963, Act 179 on 23rd August 2005, for full operation in the shipping industry. Hendrick Shipping Company Limited is a fully registered co-operate member of Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarders (GIFF) as well as, Customs, Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS) and had approval from CEPS to be hooked on to Ghana Community Network (GCNet) for effective and efficient operation.

It has also registered with other institutions such as, Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), Ghana Customs Secured Documents Management System (GCSDMS), Internal Revenue Service (I.R.S.), Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) and Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) for its operations in Ghana. Co-operate member of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association (FIATA)
