Khumo Property Asset Management Company was appointed as asset manager effective from November 1 2005 to attend to asset management and administration of Turnstar's assets including Game City Mall in Gaborone, Botswana; Nzano Shopping Centre in Francistown, Botswana; and BIFM portfolio which Turnstar acquired effective fom November 1 2005.

In March 2011, Turnstar Holdings internalized its operations. On August 1 2011, Jacob Motlhabane was appointed Managing Director of Turnstar Holdings.
