The J Adom Group is a limited liability company established in 1976 initially as Messrs Techiman Roads & Building Contractors Limited. The change of name became necessary as a result of the increased scope of operations of the company and was effected after a Special Resolution and with the Approval of the Registrar of Companies on the 25th of March, 1992.

* J Adom Limited which engages in Road and building construction and distribution of Ghacem's Cement products
* Nsemmere Quarry Limited which produces and sell quarry products in Ghana
* K Adom Limited which is the sole distributor of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited products in the Brong Ahafo region
* J Adom Haulage which hauls Guinness Ghana Breweries products across Ghana
* J Adom Sawmill which engages in logging and exporting of semi-processed teak products and
* Joseph Adom Limited which distributes Coca-Cola products in Techiman and Wenchi districts.
Adom Limited is the parent company of the J. Adom Group. It engages in Road and building construction and distribution of Ghacem's Cement products. Currently J Adom Limited is on a $47 million Berekum-Sampa road construction to be completed within three years. In addition to this project are other ones such as: PSI Garment village project - $3.2 million; Wenchi Town roads -$1.9 million and Sunyani Town roads - $1.0 million; Techiman town Roads -$1.0 million; Sunyani and Berekum Police Barracks -$1.0 million and Techiman Assembly Block - $800k. Further, the company has submitted bids to construct the Nsawkaw-Namasa Road phase 2 (estimated earn $17 million) and Kintampo town Road -$3.1 million.
Until recently the company was headquartered at Techiman in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana, approximately 370km from Accra. The new headquarters of the company is No. 6 Embassy Street, Osu RE, Accra.
The Managing Director, Mr. Joseph Kwaku Adom, is a Secondary School Certificated businessman who has several years experience in business management practices. He was recognized by the Geneva based Foundation for Excellence in Business Practice in 2006 with prestigious award.
