Declipse is a construction company that does design, construction of houses and supply of building materials in Harare, Zimbabwe. Declipse Pvt Ltd t/a Declipse House Contractors in a 100% Zimbabwean owned company which aims to be a leader in the booming construction industry in Zimbabwe.
Declipse House Contractors started at SME level primarily focusing on manufacture of precast building material in 2011 at our offices in Harare, Zimbabwe.
We have grown and have started venturing into other areas of household construction, architectural design , structural design, special foundations construction and design, septic tank and soak-away design and construction, built-in cupboards, plumbing, borehole pump repair, solar system installation, staircase rails,designer ceilings, roof installation, painting, tile installation , house renovations and among other services.
Declipse House Contractors are also into the supply of bricks as well as manufacture of precast material such as veranda pillars, culverts, kerbstone, concrete sinks and paving slabs in Harare, Zimbabwe.

House Construction in Zimbabwe
The process of building your own home can be stressful without the right team to help you out.
Firstly you will have to acquire a piece of land from be it councils or other land barons.
You will then need house plans of the various structures you intend to build on that piece of land, be it the main house, cottages, septic tanks, swimming pools etc. The plans are essential for two reasons firstly they are need for you to be permitted to start construction and secondly they help contractors in building you your dream home as you want it.
