MM FOOD HUBS wishes to enhance their presence across SA by offering Independent Operator License opportunities to prospective candidates to own and operate a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) of their choice. WE DO NOT FRANCHISE OUR SHOPS which is why we do not have shops in operation. 88% of Franchises on offer in our country are International Brands such as Burger King, KFC and the like and the cost to start up such a business is way beyond the means of any SA citizen wanting to start up their own business. Franchise systems are extremely rigid and restrictive and Franchisees do not have the freedom to expand their business beyond the conformity and boundaries of said systems and this has led to the downfall and closure of many outlets. Unlike Franchised stores each shop we open together with our Licensed Operators is unique and set up around each individual suited to his/her requirements, etc. The Fast Food industry is highly lucrative but to set up shop on your own can be a daunting and risky task which is where we come in – together we will set you up!

The QSR’s we have on offer are:

1. Chick-en-Chow - specialising in poultry dishes and related products
2. Cluck-a-Moo - specialising in chicken and beef dishes
3. WOW Pizza, Pasta & Bake - gourmet pizza, pasta and oven baked dishes
4. Oceans Gift - specialising in fish, seafood and sushi dishes

All our QSR walk-in-and-trade set up costs are between R120, 000 – R135, 000 excl V.A.T., License fee, lease fees and start up stock. Each outlet is 70m² - 90m² offering seating for up to 10 people. We know what you need and together we will source the perfect site from which you will operate, negotiate a lease, source your equipment, supplies and all that is needed for your business to thrive!

LICENSEE REQUIREMENTS

• Managerial experience and/or having been self
• employed is ideal;
• Computer literate;
• Should be a 'hands on'
• person who can pro-actively market the business, selling himself and the concept
• Financially and ethically sound people
• A people’s person who must have a pleasant, positive and caring nature
