We are a company with strong roots dating from the 1890's in the United Kingdom, started by the Marshall family. Back then the company provided employment for many townsfolk, and the prosperity of the community as a whole was linked with the Company's varying fortunes. The company established an enviable reputation,supplying agricultural machinery and steam engines to most food-growing countries overseas,and quality,reliability and service became our hallmark.

Marshall - Fowler Agricultural Machinery was specialised in the areas of manufacturing tea machinery,which used to be shipped and sold to the then British India and Ceylon (now,Sri Lanka).

The operations of the company were later extended to Africa with the advent of the establishment of the tea industry, especially in East Africa by the early 1950's and got fully entrenched by the 1960's and 1970's.

The European arm of the company had been completely assimilated by the steady growth of the Afican organ by late 1970's to date ours is a multinational company with its headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya with operational companies and branches in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and India.
