You’ll be assigned a case-officer who will request some basic medical information relating to your case. Once we've received your files, via email or collection, we’ll send them to our partner hospitals for review and feed-back. This process may take a maximum of up to 72hrs.

If needed, a teleconference/ Skype call will be arranged between specialists to discuss the case
