PC (Personal computers) and laptops, and all computer components are covered by the official supplier warranty. The warranty is a "carry-in" and products need to be returned to us in Pretoria (Tshwane) in South Africa. Certain brands have collect and return warranties. Please enquire about getting on-site cover if you are not in Gauteng (Pretoria, Midrand or Johannesburg) as this is the best option. Mecer computers, laptops and Mecer branded hardware can be taken to any Mecer branch in South Africa. Irrespective of the type of warranty, all products are covered by the original supplier only.
