All CIVA’s personnel that are placed in the retail sector are screened and issued with a certificate that the staff member has no criminal record or outstanding cases against the individual.

It is furthermore compulsory for all CIVA staff to undergo a lie-detecting test before placement and from placement, every three (3) months. This is done to ensure integrity in the work place.

The staff members are also trained in shrinkage combating and act as undercover agents whilst doing their day to day tasks.
