From the first service at reception, Sample collection, processing to the final synchronization laboratory results delivery.

Arsho Medical Laboratory employs Professional Nursing and Phlebotomists who are responsible for collecting specimens in the labs, in the customer centers, private hospitals and medical centers.

Specimens are transported from the branches, External customer clinics and hospitals to central laboratories by AML Courier Service.

The Marketing department which is responsible for the day to day activities of customer handling works very hard to meet customer satisfaction.
