THERMOCOOL operates from a modern 3000 square-foot facility located in Kampala's bustling industrial area. Our offices and state-of-the-art workshop are fully networked and equipped with a sophisticated suite of drafting and design software, including customized software solutions responsible for tracking inventory, sales, project mangement, and service scheduling. 

At Thermocool we take great care in choosing our partners, and as such all of our current and potential suppliers go through a rigorous selection process.

This process is further detailed in our quality control manual, but the key point is, we look at suppliers as partners in our business, therefore we search out the best of the best in the industry so that we can extend to you the best quality systems with the benefit of full support backed up all the way from the suppliers. We've teamed up with Daikin from the beginning of our business, for a number of reasons, in addition to the fact that our sister companies already shared a combined working relationship with them for over 50 years, so we know they are committed to offering the best to African market.

But in addition to offering the best products, Daikin Industries has gone to great lengths with its authorized dealers in Africa, to host workshops and seminars to train and educate the market about its cutting edge technologies.

As the only authorized dealer for Uganda we've benefited immensely from their support, be it training in Europe for our staff, or local consultants, architects, etc. or from trips made by Daikin Europe representatives here to discuss the benefits of their products to potential clients. Daikin truly is the pioneer in air conditioning industry, they were responsible for developing the VRV central system, and as a result we were the first company to introduce the technology to Uganda.

In addition to Daikin Industries we have also partnered ourselves with Uniflair Spa. Unifl air is a leading manufacturer of air-conditioners for technological equipment rooms and access fl oors.

As our company grew in size and we began to take on more specialized jobs we began to recognize the need for more specialized equipment for some our clientele. Specifi cally in the area of housing high tech equipment like servers and switches which are also highly sensitive to humidity control. As a result we sought out to partner with Uniflair

and are acting as their agents in Uganda.

Our investment in incorporating an internationally recognized ISO 9001 Quality Management System was a long and timely one, but one we feel was extremely worthwhile. It has provided us the mechanism and framework to consistently excel, grow and develop while improving upon our service delivery and company practices.
